Summary: At first the hotel was amazing with lots to offer… then my wife was almost electrocuted by melted wiring on the hairdryer (causing sparks), our toilet banged against the wall after every flush, the room walls are paper thin despite advertising “soundproof”; I was unable to sleep until our neighbour came off his phone. The dinner in the jazz lounge was superb until my wife received her chocolate mousse, the chestnut cremeux was entirely off and sour. I do not recommend. My wife was also charged more than what she expected at the spa as the staff had offered her a facial during her her eyebrow tint and it was not clear that there would be added charges for what she was given. This was our anniversary getaway and we were not pleased.

Summary: Great room with a lovely view of the City, and the golf course below. The food in the restaurant was very good. Staff were helpful. The only minor downside was that at Christmas the hours for the fitness facility were limited. Will go back when I have more time to enjoy the facilities.
